Marina Hotel Apartments is a project owned by Gargash Group, the exclusive agents of Mercedes-Benz in Dubai, and located in the high-end Dubai Marina district.
We supplied and installed the stone package for the building entrance and public areas, in addition to all the kitchen worktops and bathroom vanity tops, which were Indian granite.
The owner of this project wanted to model the building entrance design on the concept of Al-Qasr Hotel in Dubai. The hotel had used Arabesque patterns (waterjet cut) for the entrance lobby floors, and strips of cream limestone and Azul Bahia granite for the walls.
We replaced the cream limestone and Azul Bahia with Crema Marfil and Light Emperador marbles from Spain, which gave the entrance a warmer look. And we followed the floor pattern approved by the owner which mirrored that of Al-Qaser Hotel.
