A private villa project in Dubai owned by Al-Bassam Group of Companies. A wide variety of marble, onyx, limestone and pavers for landscaping were used. This project was contracted to us on supply and installation basis which includes initial site survey and production of shop drawings. In such projects, which involve an extensive number of patterns and floor/wall designs, the ‘as-built’ shop drawings quality and precision are crucial. Any miscalculation can be very costly, because it may involve having to replace some patterns if they are cut wrongly.
